More about Indian call centers

A while back, I wrote two articles on Indian/outsourced call centers. I just stumbled across a new article (Inside an Indian call center: the big disconnect) about a guy who went to India to teach call center employees better diction and how to handle American customers.
Sounds like an interesting job, actually. See India, do a little easy-work. Teaching English as a second language is something I’ve thought a lot about. Always seemed like a great way to see the world. Pay is shit, though.
