“Alias” canceled

I find this a bit surprising, not because I like the show, but because I figured a lot of other people did. This was ABC’s powerhouse drama, and I really just figured it was doing well.
I tried watching it for about half a season, but then it got moved to Thursday nights and conflicted with other things on my TiVo. And frankly, it was kind of bore, I thought. Definitely one of those shows that suffered from too narrow of a premise. Each episode seemed to be a rehashing of the same thing we saw last week, and I just wasn’t all that interested in the characters.
Anyway, not much of a loss in my opinion.
